A grizzly bear killed a hiker in Yellowstone National Park yesterday (first time it's happened since 1986). Definitely sad and unfortunate, but that's what happens when you cross a protective momma with her cubs. Luckily they are not taking any efforts to find and/or kill the bear who did it because she had the right to protect her little kiddies. It's the circle of liifeeeeeeeee.

once upon a time a month ago I went to Yellowstone and got out of the car to look at a grizzly bear and got intensely screamed at by a park ranger to get back in my vehicle immediately. whoops.
