It's time for another lyrical rant. No song should ever include a phrase like: "I wanna walk on your wavelength and be there when you vibrate". (this would be from Katy Perry's new song E.T) What does that even mean? If you know, feel free to elaborate. It's probably nothing like what I think it is, but I just don't like it. My other favorite line from the song is "you're so supersonic, wanna feel your powers, stun me with your lasers". Yikes. Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, Katy Perry.

  1. i feel like this is too geeky of an answer, and maybe she didnt mean it, but its talking as if Katy Perry was light... as a photon, or a rather light as a wave... Light travels as a wave trajectory --- "walking on the wavelenght"--- and vibrates the electrons in the environment/air/atmosphere/space to make light move through space and time. ---be there when you vibrate---.

I thought it was extremely clever, but maybe it was just luck, or she had a really clever writer by her side... just saying...
